Important Conference and Semester 2 Schedule Information!

EDGE Families,

We have some important information for you to review for the upcoming weeks. Our high school students will head into finals and we will be hosting family conferences for all grade levels. Please continue reading for important information and dates.

Eligible families will be invited to connect with their student/s teachers during family conferences. Conferences will be held on Thursday, February 2nd and Friday, February 3rd.

The family conferences schedule, important dates, as well as high school finals information will be noted below:

Elementary:

Thursday, February 2nd: No School (conferences)

Friday, February 3rd: No School (conferences)

Conferences Grades K-5
- Thursday, February 2nd 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday, February 3rd 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Teachers will contact families to set conferences by invitation only. Teachers will be sending out virtual links to sign up to families with whom they are needing to conference.

Middle School:

Thursday, February 2nd: No School (grading day)

Friday, February 3rd: No School (conferences)

Conferences Grades 6-12
- Friday, February 3rd only 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM

High School:

Period 6 11:25 – 12:35

Wednesday, February 1 Period 7 9:45 – 10:55

Period 8 11:05 – 12:15

Thursday, February 2 – Grading Day No School
Friday, February 3 – Conferences No School

Semester 2 Schedule (high school only):

Monday February 6 – Care & Connect (No School for any High School

Students)

* Tuesday February 7 – A Day with Advisory (All High School Students)

* Wednesday February 8 – B Day Late Start

EDGE Office:

The EDGE Office will be open during normal business hours (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) the week of January 30th to February 3rd to support device and kit return and distribution, as well as for conference questions. If you have any questions regarding the returning or picking up of supplies, please contact the EDGE office at 503-399-3041.

High School Kit Return and Distribution:

EDGE HS students who had the following classes for Semester 1 need to return items to the EDGE office on 2/1 or 2/2. If you are unsure of what needs to be returned please connect with your teacher.

Digital Arts
Printmaking

EDGE HS students who will be have the following classes on their Semester 2 schedule need to come to the EDGE office to pick up a kit for their new class on 2/1 or 2/2.
