General Library Information
- Click the Follett button from the school website or from your teacher’s class page, at the bottom of the Canvas page (Make sure you are using your school google account!)
- When you log in the first time, use your student id number and your computer password.
- HIT SAVE PASSWORD so it will log you in automatically after the first time!
- After the first time, you just need to click sign in (top right) to be logged into Destiny Discover—our library website.
- For Destiny Discover, our main e-library, you’ll need the Destiny Discover app.
- The Destiny Discover app allows you to search to see what we own and what is available to check out, then select MY Stuff to read.
- You can change the font, the font size, and the background color in the settings for an easier read.
- For additional ebooks beyond our school collection, you may want to access the Salem Public Library ebooks (must also have a SPL current library card—free to all Salem Keizer SD students). Libby is the app—it works with Library2go.
- Download Libby app.
- Search for the Salem Public Library (only the first time you open the app).
- Start searching.
- Click borrow (it will ask you twice) to start reading.
- You can also send a book to your Kindle, change the font size or background color, listen to many of the books on audio....
